Patent of invention
The patent law of our country sets the protaction patents divide three kinds: invention, utility model and appearance design and the invention patent is the most important.
The patent law formulates the invention includes products invention (such as machine, instrument, equipment and tool) and method invention (producing method).
This invention is the technical proposal of which the inventor follows the order of nature to solve a certain special question. Therefore, The rules for the implementation in our patent law points out "the invention called in the patent law is the new technical proposal of product, method or their inprovement".
So far, we have applied for more than ten patents and have gotten one invention patent:

Patent of utility model
The patent of utility model is also called" small invention or small patent". It is the object protected by the patent law and it is the new technical proposal of the product's shape, construction or their combination.
The differences from the patent of invention are two points, one is that the patent of utility is limited to the product which has a certain shape, neither one kind of method nor a product with nonfixed shape; the other is that it is not highly required to its invention but to its practicability.
So far, we have applied for dozens of this patent and have gotten twenty utility model patents,such as:
One kind of glued bamboo golf tee;
One kind of bamboo golf point pen;
One kind of bamboo golf point pen II;
Bamboo pencil which can write a small quantity of characters;
Bamboo golf tee--the regular triangle tee;
One kind of bamboo golf tee--adopt the combined construction;

Patent of appearance design
The patent of appearance design is the new design for the shape, pattern and color or their combination and adopted by industrial field. It is for the industrial appearance design or industrial goods' pattern.
The patent of appearance design is the object of the patent right and also protected by patent law.
The second patent law sets "the appearance design is the new design for the shape, pattern of product or their combination even the combination of color, shape and pattern".
Generally, what can combine to this patent are "the shape of product, the pattern of product, the shape and pattern of product, the shape、pattern and color of product".
So far, we have applied for one hundred of this patent and have gotten more than fifty utility model patents,such as:
